START WITH THE WORK
Our developing film practice takes a short idea through visual references, AI-assisted shots, editing and instrumental music. These two self-initiated studies use fictional characters and settings, AI-generated visuals and AI-generated music.

For some stories, the film can open into something to explore: selected stills, scene notes and a choice of where to enter the film. This 46-second edited tour shows our working coastal prototype.

Increation Tech | 46-second coastal-story walkthrough
About this work
This is an edited walkthrough of a working interactive prototype, using the self-initiated film A Little Room to Breathe. The character and coastal setting are fictional. The visuals and instrumental music are AI-generated. Film excerpts are reframed for this walkthrough. Screen captures show actual prototype states, held within an editorial layout; this is not a continuous recording of someone using the website. Scene notes describe creative choices.
Sound throughout: instrumental music. There is no speech.
00:00–00:03.52 — Opening
A blue sea and rocky coast sit behind the title. Text: “INCREATION TECH / STORY STUDIES”; “Beyond the film.”; “A little room to breathe.”; “A film, with more to explore.”; “SELF-INITIATED INTERACTIVE CONCEPT / FICTIONAL AI VISUALS & MUSIC”.
00:03.52–00:10.04 — Arrival and approach
Warm light falls across a stone courtyard and doorway, with the blue sea beyond. A fictional woman in an ivory shirt and dark trousers moves through the courtyard towards the view, then settles. The excerpt retains the available approach at normal speed.
00:10.04–00:14.52 — The closer moment
A tighter profile view brings her head and shoulders closer, with the sea behind her. She looks out towards the water. This is a reframing of the existing performance.
00:14.52–00:19.52 — The view
The film cuts directly from her look to the open sea, rocky coastline and distant horizon in warm light. The moving sea view is held before the explanatory pages appear.
00:19.52–00:24.52 — An invitation
An actual prototype opening appears inside a graphic frame. Editorial text: “AN INVITATION”; “Watch the film. Or stay a little longer.”; “The same story, with a choice of where to begin.”; “ACTUAL WORKING PROTOTYPE SCREENS”. The prototype offers “Watch the film” and “Stay a little longer”, alongside the title A little room to breathe and the description “A quiet arrival. A change of pace. An open horizon.”
00:24.52–00:28.52 — Arrival selected
The scene menu has Arrival selected, beside a courtyard still and its scene notes. Editorial text: “CHOOSE A SCENE”; “Before anything happens.”; “Start with the place. Give the eye time to arrive.”
Scene note: “Warm stone, a doorway, an open view. The first scene gives the eye time to arrive before a character enters the frame.” Detail: “The opening between the walls leads the eye towards the sea.”
00:28.52–00:32.52 — A human presence selected
The selected scene and still change to the fictional woman in the courtyard. Editorial text: “FOLLOW THE DETAIL”; “A person changes the picture.”; “The selected scene, image and editorial note change together.”
Scene note: “A figure enters the courtyard. The space becomes a setting for a small action, and the framing invites us to follow her attention towards the view.” Detail: “The body, doorway and horizon give the composition three different scales.”
00:32.52–00:36.52 — The pause selected
A closer courtyard still shows the fictional woman looking towards the sea. Editorial text: “STAY WITH A MOMENT”; “Stay with the small gesture.”; “Look more closely at framing, movement and the pause.”
Scene note: “The closer framing brings the character and the view together. A short pause gives this small movement its place in the journey.” Detail: “Warm light on the ivory shirt connects the foreground to the sunlit stone.”
00:36.52–00:40.52 — The horizon selected
The selected image shows the open sea and rocky coastline. Editorial text: “YOUR OWN PACE”; “Leave the view open.”; “Choose another scene, or enter the film from that moment.”
Scene note: “The final scene returns attention to the sea. The view is allowed to remain, giving the film a quiet ending rather than another action.” Detail: “The horizon carries the eye beyond the courtyard and out of the frame.”
Across the four scene captures, the menu choices are Arrival, A human presence, The pause and The horizon. A “See it in motion” control offers entry into the film from the selected moment. Cards identify actual prototype / selected scene, Increation Tech, Coastal story / format study, and self-initiated concept / fictional AI visuals and instrumental music. The tour displays the selected states; it does not demonstrate every control being activated.
00:40.52–00:46 — Closing
Text: “INCREATION TECH / STORY STUDIES”; “One film. A deeper way in.”; “Film · stills · scene notes · interactive delivery”; “A small story, shaped around your brief.”; “increationtech.com”; “SELF-INITIATED CONCEPT. FICTIONAL CHARACTER & SETTING. AI VISUALS & MUSIC.” The instrumental fades at the end.
A REVISION WE COMPLETED
The fashion study was revised after a request to change its final setting. The preceding ten seconds of the clean picture masters were preserved frame by frame, and the music was retained.
That gives a prospective creative lead one concrete example of our response to a change. It demonstrates that particular revision within a self-initiated study.
THE DIRECTIONA short sequence with one fictional character and a consistent mood.
THE CHANGEA different setting for the final shot.
THE RESULTA revised final sequence, with the earlier clean picture unchanged.
THE DIRECTION WE ARE BUILDING TOWARDS
Increation Tech’s founder, Delaney Fifield, brings an anthropological perspective: begin with what matters to people, and ask why. Our ambition is to work by invitation with people and organisations who want to share their places, practices and experiences.
A festival beyond the spectacle. A place beyond the postcard. A club beyond the match. The people who know these worlds can help others understand what they mean.
We are developing that practice through small film and research contributions. For a real story, the starting point is willing participants, their own accounts and researched context.
A FIRST COMMISSION
A suitable first step could be a 15–20-second wordless film for a collection, a place or a campaign. We assess your direction and source material, then agree a manageable contribution.
Visual references are reviewed before animation. The complete cut brings movement, pacing and sound together, followed by a defined revision round and a finished MP4.
We agree deliverables, permitted assets and tools, fee and generation costs, timing, revisions and usage. Exact products, characters or locations need their own feasibility assessment.
Your story, who it is for and where it will be used. The material you have permission to use, your budget range and target date. That is enough to begin assessing a suitable contribution.

Increation Tech | 25 seconds | Self-initiated fictional AI concept
Sound: an excerpt of the existing AI-generated instrumental music; no speech. Music fades at the end.
00:00–00:16: Large text reads “INCREATION TECH / STORY STUDIES”, “A little room to breathe.” and “A fictional coastal film study”. In a landscape picture within the vertical frame, warm stone opens onto the sea; a fictional woman approaches the view; her profile is shown closer with the sea behind, then the picture cuts directly to the moving sea. The whole 16-second passage is retained at normal speed. Below: “A quiet arrival. A closer look. An open horizon.”
00:16–00:21: Large text changes to “A film. More to explore.” and “Four scenes. Follow the detail.” The central picture shows the actual prototype opening, with Watch the film and Stay a little longer. Below: “An introduction to a working prototype.”
00:21–00:25: A plain dark closing card reads “What story matters to you?”, “A small film, shaped around your brief.”, “hello@increationtech.com” and “increationtech.com”. The bottom disclosure throughout identifies a self-initiated concept with fictional AI visuals and instrumental music.
